Information about your appointment at the practice
Online consultation are not currently available. For specific examinations (in the visual field, …), please contact us by telephone.
For certificate requests (driving licenses, sports driving, in the European community, Court of Justice, etc…). Please point out when making your appointment.
For children under 10 years old, you must contact us by telephone. The Luxembourg Orthoptic Service carries out visual screening and follow-ups for children from the age of ten months until reception age (contact: Orthoptic Service).
Patients under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent. They are not allowed to come to consultations by themselves.
If you are a new patient, please bring your old prescriptions for your glasses and contact lenses as well as your glasses and your contact lens packaging. If you wear contact lenses, please remember to bring your contact lens case with you and to take them out 24 hours before the examination.
Like in all medical practices, it might be a delay on your appointment if an emergency comes.
In accordance with articles 48 to 51 of the agreement signed by the National Health Fund (Caisse Nationale de Santé - CNS) and the Association of Doctors and Dentists (AMMD): any appointment not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance (working days) may still be charged for.
